CB Chris McCalister from the team today. He's up for grabs now to anybody that wants some CB help, he was cut for locker room trouble and trouble adhering to the new coaching staff, this cut also helps us with $8 million in cap room. If you want to see anymore about this just go to nfl.com I'm sure they're running a story on it.

McCalister sucks lol jk. That will be a big hit to your secondary. You better get a good replacement and hope ray lewis comes back or your d could start to slip.

Since Iam from CANADA, I have my pick of alot of teams. The Raven's are my team. It sucks they let him go. But come on 8 Bills for a aging Corner. I put money on it there getting a Corner in the first 3 Rounds of the Draft.

yess!!!! im not alone anymore ha ha ha, thats awesome u a ravens fan to man, but anyways we will probably be better with out him, the last year he was injured and causing more problems that helping the team so letting him go is in the best interest of the team so we can move forward, this also gives us 8 million in cap room and he is aging and has been injury plagued the last couple of seasons so i think well be fine by trading, free agency, or drafting, but in the draft i would really like to see us draft an impact wide receiver, we need one who is the same age as Flacco and those two can work together for years. Also ray lewis is replaceable, if we lose him its not really a big deal cause than we sign suggs and scott. i think ray is going to want way too much money for his age so we may just opt to let him go. How about Tennessee's d whats up with them they gonna be hurting if they lose haynesworth and vanden bosch.

"lewis is replaceable" are you fucking crazy? Not to say you wont get buy but even with his age, he is undenieabley the leader and voice of that d and the ravens team has been for years. He motivates at every level and I think you are underestimating what he does for your team. McCalister wont be easily replaced either, quality cover corners are far and few between in the NFL but that will be alot easier to overcome than losing ray in my opinion.

We will lose no one!!!!! scratch hopefully Wink

McCalister has faded in recent years, mainly because of injury and age, so I would'nt really call him a quality corner as much as he used to be, we are also in talks of releasing Samari Rolle, it looks like weve just said the hell with the aging secondary well try some of our younger guys or draft, and i just read that today our top targets are Lewis, of course, and Suggs, and that we are going to tag Suggs if a deal can't be reached, and if Ray cant reach a deal as painful as it is he will have to take a hike. I know he still has probably 3 good years of football left in him but the money hes going to ask for is gonna be ridiculous for his age, I know he may be worth it but we have a team to focus on not just one player, which is why Suggs suggested that all three offer the Ravens a discount on their contracts this year, but Ray didnt go for it, I believe if he truly loved the team he wouldve taken a slight pay cut.

After seeing that trade with nosi in OAK yesterday...it better be damn impressive and he better have a good agent that can sell him and structure his demands well. AH is a force when he is healthy but I think he is going to be plagued with injuries the next two years. A guy that big whose bone frame gets older each passing year + the punishment from playing professional football is bound to take it's toll early. Even warren sapp wasn't what he used to be when he went to Oakland and that guy was a beast.

Either way he will be missed in the middle of that line he swallows up ball carriers better than most even at 80%
