They are offering him $200 a week and an extra $50 for wins..lol there is no way he will take a job for as much as a McDonalds employee makes a week. Anyway here is the story from the ap.

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP)—Michael Vick has a place on a minor league football team if he can get reinstated by the NFL.
The Albany Firebirds, an arenafootball2 franchise, have offered the 28-year-old quarterback a one-year contract at the league standard: $200 a week plus a $50 bonus for a win.
Vick quarterbacked the Atlanta Falcons for six seasons before being convicted of bankrolling an interstate dog fighting business.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has not said if he will lift Vick’s suspension after he completes a 23-month prison sentence. Vick goes from federal prison to home confinement next month.
The Firebirds’ contract offer requires that Vick donate $100,000 to a local humane society.
A call to Vick’s agent was not immediately returned.

I
agree, its more of an insult than a job offer in my opinion. If you
look towards the bottom of the article they say that in order for him
to get the contract he would need to donate $100,000...So let me get
this right, you want to pay the man $250 on a good week and you want
him to pay $100,000 for the privilege to get paid minimum wage lol. On
a side note I am really surprised that $200 a week is the average that
they pay, It would be very hard to live on $800 a week.

Some NFL team will probably sign him this coming season . Heres a list Of teams I think would take a chance on him.

Oakland(J Russell Sucks,Oakland front office sucks and Al Davis is still calling the shots, scary)

Dallas(Romo cant handle the pressure especially with T.O. gone, focus will be on him)

Detroit(Stafford is not that great, I watched most of his games played at Georgia,he's good but overrated.

Denver(Kyle orton? Are you serious, Denver is going to regret trading Cutler IMO.

Cincinnati(Palmer gets hurt I think they take a look at Vick since they covet thug football players.)

ima say that Dallas will go with him because tony really hasnt done much for the team and most everyone hates someone with a last name that can be "confused" with homo, lol. Dallas really needs to pick up some good players soon cause with T.O. leaving they dont have much talent on offense besides witten, barber, and maybe 1 or 2 other good players. oh well, i really couldnt care less cause im a pats fan, but, come on, the cowboys are a disgrace to texas....

I think that he will play in the NFL once he gets his shit together, I dont think that he will be the caliber of player that he was when he first entered the league but he will be ok, he needs to start focusing more on throwing the ball instead of running, I know he can run but not that great of a passer

yeah I cant say I know what he was thinking when he decided to do that shit, I mean how can you get happy to know that you are killing dogs by having them fight each other, personally I think that he has paid his debt to society and that he deserves a second chance, but a lot of people dont think that way, I guess we will have to wait and see what will come out of this tragedy

From most reports you hear, he wasnt even really there for the dog fighting and it was his cousin that was running it at his house. Although he did know about it. I think the penalty was to harsh and your right, they did make an example of him because he is famous....its usually the other way around.

I think he will get his chance, as long as he stayed in shape and is ready to work.

lol, might be to much backlash from animal lovers and peta for VH1 to do that. Unless it was about him doing community service or helping animals something.
