FUCK ME VOL.2

Subject: FUCK ME VOL.2 Sun Apr 05, 2009 6:46 pm

So I am waiting for an email from Sony to see what is happening and I come to the realization that one isn't coming. So i head over to the playstation site where they have a service repair status, all u need is the work order #, which i have. So i type it in and the message i receive says "We are experiencing extremely high demand at this time, thus your unit has been placed on backorder. Because of this lengthened logging of work your order has the possibility of exceeding the 7-15 days of turn around time that is usually met."

So basically this says i have hope of getting mine back in 7-15 but its not going to happen which probably means i am now going to be without a ps3 for 2-3 weeks, have fun without me guys.

that really does sucks. u should find something that will occupy u for the next 2-3 weeks.

Wow, you would think that PS3 would do something for you, I mean you spend the money to get things fixed, well I did anyway but then having it take longer than it is supposed to you would think that they would do something for ya like send you a gift card or something

yea you would think that, but no, shit if i were them i would give me a game or some shit, some ppl who have had enough problems with xbox have at least gotten a game.

yeah, I know a lot of people that I work with have xboxs and they always get some kind of perk when they have a lot of problems getting them back after sending them in. But then again they have to do that like 2 or 3 times a year, one of the guys I work with is on his 5th xbox and yes I said 5th. I dont care what they say about ps3 I dont know of anyone that has went through 5 ps3's

you know how them big companies are, I am surprised they are able to keep everything straight with all the business they do on a day to day basis, but sometimes I dont like to rely on emails and would rather talk to someone that actually knows whats going on so I would just go by what sony is telling you and not the email

the email is from a sony rep though, that i emailed through customer service, lol so u see why im confused and suspicious

Yeah I guess that I would have to be as well, dont know why sony is dropping the ball with that, they have always been good with me and I have called them a bunch of times in the past with my old ps3
