| the shitty refurb sony sent me earlier just yellow lighted on me tonight. they are definitely getting bitched at tomorrow on the phone and imma do my best to get this one fixed for free. will probably buy a new slim and go from there, except this time my game disc is stuck in the system so im fucked on that front. this is absolute bullshit and im pissed, i knew the piece of shit they sent me wouldnt last, but only for 5 months, come the fuck on that is a piece of shit. | |

Exact reason why I sold refurb they sent me and just bought a new one with in-store warranty that gives you ability to return at any given time for whatever reason and get a new one on the spot. | |

Good choice, I actually returned an old cell phone I did not use anymore to best Buy that I forgot I had purchased the 2 yr warranty which was about to expire, just told them I couldnt hear shit with the phone and got all my money back through in-store credit and went on a $120 shopping spree  | |

| i am beggining to wonder about my ps3 too. Either my router is taking a shit or my ps3 is taking a shit. I will be playing a kick ass game, when all of a sudden it losses connection. signs me out of the play station network, and tells me my ethernet cable is unplugged. I have reset my router about 15 fucking times. no i am having to use my wireless connection. which, with this game is hit or miss with lag. really starting to piss me off. | |

I just saw a video on youtube on how you can get he disck out. turn your ps3 off on the back, then hold the eject button and turn it on. it is a built in way to get the disk out, playstaion knows about it. i would try it if i were you. | |

| dude wireless is SOOOO gay, I mean I have a brand new modem with a wireless router built in and that shit hardly ever works, so I just run a cord from my ps3 to my computer and use a wired connection, hasnt failed me yet, I am going to call att and talk to them about that shit because on the website that has my modem it can be used for gaming so I want to see what the FUCK is up, and as far as the PS3 goes, get the slim it is awesome, I have had mine since they came out and I have not had a problem with it yet, and it has so much extra space and wal mart has a cheap ass 3 year warranty unlike gamestop which is at least 50 | |

When i have my wired connection going it will randomly sign me out of psn and then sign me back in. It also tell me that the ethernet connection is lost, please insert cable. it does it like 10 times and hour. going to get a dif router and see if that is the problem first. | |

| you might wanna consider buying a new router. thats what happened to me a while back. i got a new router problem solved. you can also connect your modem to your ps3 but i think you have to reset your modem each time you connect your modem to a new device. that all depands on the type of modem you have. | |
